About your coach

Hi, I'm Christine — and I've actually lived this.

I'm 50, fully menopausal, and I've been in the fitness industry since 1998. A husband, a household, hypothyroidism for 20 years, two kids who lived and breathed sports at the highest level — and — oh yes — a full lap through perimenopause to remind me what a 3 a.m. hot flash actually feels like. So when a client tells me she can't focus, can't sleep, and is wondering why her body suddenly feels foreign, I'm not nodding politely. I'm nodding because I've been there too.

I'm also the woman who lifted heavy for years and never once thought about what she was eating. Strong as anything in the gym, exhausted and frustrated outside of it — because you genuinely cannot out-train a body that isn't fueled. That chapter is where the nutrition side of my coaching was born. The hard way. So you don't have to do it that way.

Then came the kid-scramble years — and honestly, a lot of my clients are in the thick of similar seasons right now, so when I say I get it, I mean it. My daughter was a world-champion cheerleader, which meant flights to Dallas and competitions in between; my son played AA and AAA hockey, and went on to Junior B and A — 5 a.m. ice times, weekend competitions, hotel-room dinners at 10 p.m., a calendar that wasn't really mine. Perimenopause showed up at 38, full menopause at 48, and at 45 I stepped on the bikini stage in the middle of it. None of that made me superhuman. It just made me very practiced at figuring out how to train, eat, and show up inside real life — not on the other side of it. That's exactly what I coach now. We're in this together — and you can absolutely do this too.

My focus today is strength and longevity, not chasing a physique. Evidence-based nutrition and training, built for women whose hormones, energy, and recovery are changing. Plain language. No bro-science. No crash plans. Real-life shifts that actually hold.

October 2021. Forty-five years old. Seven years into perimenopause, hypothyroid, juggling life. I wanted to know if it was still possible to build real strength and condition in this body — and to do it without the punishing playbook the industry usually sells women.

It was. And the prep taught me almost everything I now teach my clients about training and nutrition in midlife. Today my goals are different — strength, longevity, energy — but the principles are the same.

Is this for me if I'm in my 30s — am I too young for "menopause" coaching?

Perimenopause can start in your mid-30s. If you're noticing shifts in your cycle, energy, sleep, weight, mood, or how your body responds to training and food — even subtly — you may already be in the perimenopause transition. The Perimenopause Reset stream is built exactly for cycling-but-changing bodies.

What if my period stopped a few years ago — is this still for me?

Yes. The Menopause Reset stream is specifically designed for early post-menopause (within the first 5 years) and late post-menopause (5+ years). The hormonal shift continues to influence muscle, metabolism, bone, and energy long after periods stop — and the strategies in this stage are different from perimenopause.

Do I need a gym, or fancy equipment?

No. The Reset Method is designed to be done with dumbbells at home or in a gym — your choice. The training is scalable, the nutrition is real-food and works with grocery stores you already shop at, and we adapt around your real schedule.

How is this different from regular nutrition coaching?

Most nutrition coaching is written for someone 20 years younger. This is built around the way perimenopausal and menopausal bodies actually respond — sensitivity to stress, blood sugar instability, changing insulin response, sleep and appetite shifts. We focus on the foundational habits that support your hormones, not push against them.

I also use possibility language — we identify correlations and coaching priorities, not diagnoses. This is a coaching framework, not a medical one.
